Product details

Winemaking:
This wine is the result of careful vinification using the classic "Curtimenta" process, with 50% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26º-28ºC) and careful pumping over. The ageing process took place over 5 years, with the wine first going through large vats of exotic woods, followed by small oak barrels and, finally, ageing in tanks and bottles.

Store and Serve Advices:
It benefits from opening the bottle beforehand and/or decanting and should be served at a temperature of 18º-19ºC. Potential to keep for 20 years.

Food Pairing:
Goes very well with roasts of meat, game and mushrooms.
