Promotion valid from the 1st of April 2026 up to the 30th of June 2026 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Created from our best selection of Sousão grapes. The grapes were previously destemmed and underwent a pre-fermentation maceration process at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 26º - 28º C for 14 days. Maceration in contact with a submerged blanket for 28 days. Four to six months of aging in oak barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
It is a gastronomically versatile wine, pairing well with a board of sausages, with cheeses of different cured meats and textures, and also goes well with salads, pasta, pizzas, and grilled, oven-baked or stewed meats.
