The olives were hand-picked into small perforated boxes and transported to the mill at the end of the same day. They were then washed and immediately crushed using the latest cold extraction technology, with the oil kept in an inert atmosphere in stainless steel tanks until bottling, in order to preserve the entire organoleptic fraction of this oil.

Harmonious, persistent and balanced, with a slightly spicy flavor that grows in the mouth and mixes with dried fruits. The final touch that will make all the difference.
Storage:
This is an all natural product; at low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
It is ideal for salads, marinades and as a condiment for fish and pasta. It's also delicious with fresh bread before a meal.
