Winemaking:
The ex aequo 2007 is the result of a partnership of José Bento dos Santos, of Quinta do Monte d'Oiro with Michel Chapoutier. Made with 75% of the grape Syrah and 25% Touriga Nacional, matured in oak barrels between 20 and 24 months.
