Collection in 22 kg plastic boxes (immediately refrigerated in the vineyard in a refrigerated truck). Pressing and decanting of the must at 8°C. Fermentation at 15ºC in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the varieties.

Tasting Notes:
Pale pink color. Fresh and fruity aroma. In the mouth it is dry and with generous fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an appetizer or with salads, Asian food or grilled fish.

Contains sulphites.
