Tasting Notes:
Bright, pale salmon colour. Aroma of fresh red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) with some floral notes. On the palate it has good acidity, which gives it freshness and elegance. Light-bodied but persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8º-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be eaten as an aperitif, with starters, salads, sushi and grilled fish dishes. White meats and cheeses.
