Winemaking:
Hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration after destemming for 6 to 12 hours, soft pressing with separation of the must from the grapes. Static decantation for 48 hours. Spontaneous fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, ending in barrels, where it ages on fine lees for 6 months. Aged in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus color. On the nose, the floral and white-fleshed fruit side stands out. In the mouth it has personality and nerve supported by the concentration provided by the aging in barrels. Expects good evolution in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
