Selection of the best grapes, vinified variety by variety. The process occurs at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Aging in new barrels, mostly of French oak.

Tasting Notes:
Delicacy and elegance, mango, pineapple, but also ripe citrus. Unctuous, fat, with a rather seductive sensitive fruity sweetness but balanced by good acidity, powerful, sensual.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
