Product details

Winemaking:
Produced from hand-picked grapes at the early hours of dawn, immediately sent to the winery. To preserve all the varietal aromas, the grapes were sent to the winery for soft-pressing. Must clarification took place in stainless-steel vats at 10ºC and fermentation was with a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC, also in stainless-steel vats.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 8ºC-10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pairs very well with several dishes of grilled fish, shellfish and salads. Due to its good acidity it's the ideal pairing for oriental cuisines such as Thailand's or Japanese dishes.
