Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest in the early hours of the day for 12Kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months in French oak barrels in the presence of fine lees.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C away from direct light. Serving at a temperature from 12-14°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish and white meats dishes.
