This wine was made from the region's traditional grape varieties, predominantly Arinto and Roupeiro. It aged for 6 months in French, American and brown oak barrels after fermentation. It was then aged for 24 months in stainless steel, with the final refinement achieved by cellaring the bottles for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Ripe lemon color. Good aromatic intensity of tropical fruit, honey and vanilla. A fruity citrus flavor, exotic and long-lasting fresh persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
