Product details
100% Malvasia Fina planted in the 1980s. The grapes were fully destemmed and the berries lightly crushed, followed by cold maceration in cement tanks. After three days, spontaneous fermentation began. The must remained in contact with the skins for a further four days of fermentation. After pressing, fermentation continued in stainless steel and barrels. Malolactic fermentation was successfully completed. The wine is currently aging on fine lees, with bottling expected in early 2025.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia
Tasting Notes:
Light lemon colour, with slight turbidity. Delicate nose, with floral, botanical and mineral impressions. The palate surprises with the contrast between the saline component of the granite, a phenolic touch and the unctuousness of the Malvasia. The finish is intense, with good persistence, with floral hints and ripe citrus fruit.
