Product details
Moreish Pellicular is a wine from a single variety, Maria Gomes, clayed on 'marne bleu' soils in Bairrada (blue marl, as found in the Jura). The first third of the fermentation took place in a "lagar" with the skins, followed by pressing and fermentation in barrels. Maceration lasted a week.

Tasting Notes:
Golden color. The skins were used to avoid the excess aromas of the variety and to give it more volume but without overdoing the skins, as it finished fermenting without them. It has notes of pollen and yellow fruit, with a round palate and a spark of freshness in the finish.
