Promotion valid from the 1st of May 2026 up to the 31st of May 2026 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Arinto and Azal grapes were hand-harvested in excellent health, and placed in small boxes (17 kg). The grapes were manually destemmed and placed in a small wine press. Fermentation on the skins for 8 days, followed by manual pressing. A total of 375 litres of must, of which 225 litres completed fermentation and aged in used French oak barrels, while the remaining 150 litres completed fermentation and aged in small stainless steel vats for 7 months. The wine was released after an additional two years in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Rich golden color. Aroma with a lot of citrus minerality. In the mouth it is fresh and long.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
It pairs wonderfully with rich, naturally fatty foods such as lamb, duck or pork, especially when seasoned with orange or citrus fruits. It is also an excellent combination with fish baked with herbs, mustard seeds and fennel.
