Tasting Notes:
It has a citrus colour and an exuberant aroma. Floral aromatic notes, such as orange blossom and jasmine, complemented by hints of peach, passion fruit, lemon, and lychee, lending it great distinction on the nose. On the palate, it presents a good structure, freshness, and vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature between 8º and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
