Product details

Winemaking:
Gentle pressing of whole grapes and decanting for 12 to 36 hours at a controlled temperature between 6ºC - 8ºC. Fermentation for up to 15 days with temperature control between 16ºC - 18ºC. Fermentation in 2nd and 3rd year barrels on total lees. Aging in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and regular movement of fine lees (batonnâge) and 2nd and 3rd year barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 10ºC - 12ºC.

QM Patriam is ideal to accompany cod and fish dishes, as well as white or red meat.
