Winemaking takes place at the Quinta de Azevedo winery, with gentle reception and destemming to preserve the characteristics of the grapes as much as possible. The must is handled with temperature control and protected from oxidation with inert gases. Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press with some pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation occurs at temperatures between 16-18ºC. Approximately 10% of the batch fermented in contact with the skins. The wine aged in stainless steel tanks with battonage of the fine lees for 6 months; 5% of the batch aged in used barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, citrine yellow in appearance. Expressive aroma with a predominance of yellow-fleshed fruit notes, especially nectarine. Ripe citrus notes and some fresh tropical fruit. On the palate, it has a creamy texture framed by a firm and structuring acidity. It finishes balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature 12ºC-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine has a gastronomic character due to its ripe fruit profile and integrated acidity, resulting in a creamy mouthfeel, making it an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood, rich salads, and Asian flavors.
