Tasting Notes:
Lime green colour. Aroma of green apple and gooseberry with notes of citrus. Lightly aerated, citrus fruits and stone fruits are highlighted in the mouth. A balanced acidity with a touch of sweetness at the end of the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature of 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for appetizers, chicken, seafood and light pasta dishes.
