50% of the batch was fermented in new light toasted French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel. Aged 12 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep straw colour. Aroma with nuances of white pulp fruit jelly and exotic fruits. Intense notes of oat, vanilla, toasted cereal and smooth caramel. In the mouth it is complex with an extraordinary volume in the mouth, unctuous and with a long persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with spicy charcuterie, oven-roasted fish, roasted or stewed white and red meats, and even medium-structured cheeses.
