Winemaking:
Moreish Monte+-ilha is a 100% Arinto monovarietal wine, made from Dão grapes on granite soils, in flor velo in a bota (typical barrel in the south of Spain) made from Alvear fino (a Montilla-Moriles producer) that is over 60 years old. Spontaneous fermentation in bota and ageing with fino fleece for 17 months. No fining or filtration.

Characterized by a spicy and slightly nutty note, complemented by a hint of broth, the wine is tasty, intriguing and lively, with an impressive umami effect on the palate, created by the interaction of the yeast with the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal drinking temperature 10 -12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
