Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes, entirely from Quinta da Grimpa, were harvested in the first days of September. They were vinified with an open spout and minimal intervention, using a vertical press to extract the must. Aged 80 per cent in stainless steel and 20 per cent in French oak barrels.
