Full grapes pressing followed by decanting and fermentation in used barrels, without climate control. Rest with bâtonnage until April.

Made exclusively Cercial, a hard variety, away of the fashions, the fruit away wed pleases everyone but full of character, which are more fruity mineral. Very good acidity and volume in the mouth give the wine an excellent gastronomic skills.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
