Tasting Notes:
Light yellow in colour, the nose shows aromas of citrus fruits and tropical fruits (pineapple, passion fruit and banana). On the palate there are notes of dried fruit and honey. It's a dry, full-bodied wine with medium-high acidity. A unique wine, produced with grapes from the Dão and Bairrada regions, guaranteeing noble potential in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Best served with sea food, fish dishes or starters.
