Tasting Notes:
Intense aroma of orange blossom, herbal tones, some menthol and mineral. In the mouth it is alive with a robust structure, medium size and fluid texture. A balanced acidity, well integrated in the whole and to offer breadth to the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
