Total destemming, light skin maceration, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months of minimum aging after bottling.

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour. Aroma predominantly of white pulp fruits, intense in notes of oats, vanilla and toasted cereal. Complex flavour with excellent mouth volume and distinct persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with spicy charcuterie, roasted meats and fish and medium-structure cheeses.
