Tasting Notes:
It presents a bright golden yellow colour. Aroma with slight notes of almond, hazelnut and green mango. With a very complex flavour, it is bulky, mineral and contains a balanced acidity. Very long aftertaste with notes of roasted coffee.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature at 10⁰C. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Food Pairing:
Perfectly accompanies fish dishes in the oven, stews and cataplanas.
