Manual harvesting in field blends. Fermentation in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts and subsequent maceration for 4 weeks. Ageing in a 1000 litre tunnel for 2 years and 2 years in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Dark garnet colour. Intense and complex aroma. Aromatic notes of roses and some herbaceous notes. The palate is very structured with good balance and elegance and a long persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
