After manual selection of the grapes and minimal intervention in the winemaking process, fermentation takes place in the spherical cement tank "Galileo". This tank prevents temperature fluctuations and provides the wine with micro-oxygenation that occurs during the 12 months of aging. In this way, we preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the wine and its terroir.
