Winemaking:
Grapes picked by hand into small boxes and transported to the cellar where it was destemmed and gently crushed. Cold maceration for 72 hours and spontaneous fermentation start with temperature control. Daily “Delestage” and pumping over with aeration for better colour fixation and aroma integration. Malolactic fermentation takes place during the 2-year aging in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep and concentrated colour. Aromas of black fruit and hints of cocoa. Persistence and with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Serve between 17º – 18º.
