Deep and vibrant purple color, showing your concentration and youth. On the nose, it reveals a delicate and sophisticated bouquet, where floral notes of violets, 'nuances' of fresh red fruits and ripe plums stand out, accompanied by mineral touches of crushed stone and subtle smoky notes. In the mouth, this Alicante Bouschet surprises with its firm and balanced structure. Fine, granular tannins lend texture and depth, while fruit juiciness and minerality add layers of complexity. Vibrant acidity brings freshness and elegance, recalling the refined profile of great Burgundy wines. The finish is long, persistent and sophisticated, leaving a harmonious and enveloping sensation.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 12ºC. It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
