Product details
Lowland vineyard, with a cooler microclimate than the region and soil predominantly of schist origin. The grapes are harvested in their ideal state of ripeness in 20 kg boxes. The entire process takes place by gravity in stainless steel frustum-conical fermentation vats with controlled temperature and reassembly with mechanical treaders. Fermentation takes place for 10 days with controlled extraction in order to extract the best from this variety's must, providing this wine with intense quality fruit characteristics. It is then aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, which gives it structure and balance.
