Winemaking:
Manual and nocturnal harvest. Selection on a sorting table. Vats filled by gravity. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.

Open ruby. Medium intensity with notes of red fruits and some mushrooms. Fresh and elegant attack with a full-bodied mid-taste and finishes with elegant and firm tannins.
