Tasting Notes:
Deep and spicy, with lots of white pepper, subtle notes of sandalwood and pine needle, also tobacco leaf. Elegant but with a generous body, quality fruit, juicy and seductive, complex and rich.
Store and Serve Advices:
Dark and cool place (12º C to 14º C), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 16º C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with all meat, game and cheese dishes.
