Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Alicante Bouschet,Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes:
Bright Ruby of medium intensity. Clean, intense and complex nose. Good balance between fruit and wood. The fruity notes include aromas of ripe blackcurrant and raspberry, herbaceous aromas of tomato leaf and camphor add freshness to the bouquet, complemented by notes characteristic of partial ageing in French oak barrels such as vanilla, mocha and toast. The warmer notes are evident on the palate. Intense and refined, with a tannin that is present but fine, full-bodied and showing the warmth of the Pias lands.
Store and Serve Advices:
Due to its intensity and complexity, we recommend serving this wine between 15 and 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
It's a well-balanced wine that can be paired with many delicacies and dishes. As such, we suggest pairing this wine with generous cuts of fatty pork, beef or even grilled lamb. Large-cut smoked meats and dishes with warm spices such as cinnamon and cloves can be positively surprising when paired with this wine.
