Harvest By hand to small cases of 15 kg. Vinification Part of the harvest is foot trodden in traditional shallow, open marble troughs, known as lagares. The remainder is fermented in stainless steel tanks using temperature control.

Tasting Notes:
Deep in colour. Enormous concentration of aromas. Notes of red fruits, potent and elegant. Solid, vigorous with compact and well integrated tannins. Long and distinct finish. A wine for ageing.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
