Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour, intense and well defined aromas with notes of bergamot, mint and dark chocolate, some nuances of toast of the aging wood. Impressive mouth, with fresh acidity and well matured tannins but with long evolutionary capacity in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine is a fine accompaniment to grilled or roasted meat dishes, pâtés and aged cheeses.
