Product details
Fermentation takes place in mills with controlled temperature and intense maceration. It aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. 3300 bottles were produced.
Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet,Tinta Miúda,Touriga Nacional,Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour. Deep and complex aroma of black wild fruits, very fresh and well integrated with toasted notes. In the mouth it shows density and richness, it is balanced, with good acidity and fine tannins. The ending is long and persistent. Good aging capacity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to pair with traditional dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
