Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Chocolate, fruits of the forest, very dense, mineral, with dry plant notes, great complexity and depth. Creamy, intense, with firm tannins, lots of patina, hard but very complete, and long in the aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
