Total destemming, gentle and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28º. Aged for 12 months in 500ltr French oak barrels (2 and 3 years old) and for 12 months in the bottle.

Baga,Touriga Nacional,Merlot
Tasting Notes:
Garnet red with a slight violet hue. Red fruit (blackberry and blueberry) paired with a light toasty note and harmonized with hints of jam. Fruity, with balanced and elegant tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with roasted meats and fish, and soft cheeses.
