Tasting Notes:
A blend chosen to learn about old-style Bairrada, varieties that need warm weather to ripen without botrytis. It smells of the old-style Portuguese reds with a mixture of dry herbs, flowers, berries, some ink and an earthy, stony touch that gives it some rusticity and plenty of character. Good acidity, with lightness and good structure.
