Product details

Winemaking:
De-stemming and crushing, fermentation in stainless steel mill at 25 ° C with submerged blanket and daily rack and return. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels for a period of 18 months. Stage 18 months in bottle before going to the marked.
