Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days, followed by a 20-day maceration period. Part of the malolactic fermentation took place in oak barrels. Aged 21 months in 225L French oak barrels.

Castelão,Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour with ruby hints. Black fruit, chocolate and spice notes. In the mouth it still reveals some austerity, but with a well-integrated set and a fresh and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal serving temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with cheese, tapas and grilled meats.
