Product details

Winemaking:
After manual harvesting and careful selection of bunches, the de-stemmed grapes were distributed into three types of fermenters, one part fermented in a stainless steel tank, another part fermented in a used barrel and the last part fermented in a clay pot. The fermentation of this wine was as natural as possible, following a minimal intervention strategy and without any addition of oenological products.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 12 ° C and 14 ° C.

Food Pairing:
A very suggestive, delicate and fresh red wine, which is versatility at the table. Cold summer salads, pasta, some simple fish from the garden or even tomato rice with fried small mackerel are good suggestions for a perfect wedding.
