Grape Varieties:
Syrah,Alicante Bouschet,Aragonêz

Tasting Notes:
A crystal-clear wine with a ruby colour and an aroma of ripe wild fruits enveloped in notes of spices. On the palate, it is vigorous and fresh, with robust tannins that give it a long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Ready to consume. It benefits from aging in the bottle for between 15 and 20 years, remaining, however, at its best for several years. Store the bottle horizontally, away from light and heat. The formation of deposits in the bottle is natural. It is recommended that the wine be decanted before consumption. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with game, red meats, traditional Alentejo pork dishes, cheeses and sausages.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.

Disclaimer:
The photo shown is a copy of one of the bottles we have available for delivery. Keep in mind that the older the wine, the more likely the bottle will have some external dirt or slightly damaged labels. This does not mean, however, that the wine is not in a condition to be consumed.
The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
