Tasting Notes:
Very fruity aroma with notes of blackberry and sour cherry, well framed by the vanilla of the oak wood where it aged. Full-bodied, complex, with nuances of cocoa and spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Cod, red meat and game dishes.
