Manual harvest. Total destemming followed by crushing. The grapes are fermented by variety and by parcel of vine, with the aim of making the selection that allows a better final result. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of small capacity, at a temperature of 24ºC. Controlled and gentle maceration, with the aim of obtaining concentrated, aromatic and elegant wines. Aging for 18 months in French (2/3) and American (1/3) oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma of black fruits, with notes of liquorice, spices, violets, bergamot and rockrose, in balance with very elegant notes from the barrel stage. Very complex and elegant, very mature, with fine, firm but smooth tannins, making this wine long and full with a fruity flavour, anticipating an excellent potential for aging in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with cheeses, grilled meats and red meat in the oven.
