Stalk to 50%, in tanning mills with traditional foot treading. Stage of 10 months in French oak barrels and 8 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Vinous aroma, ripe fruit, deep wood. Vinous flavour, Full-bodied, soft and deep.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend to drink it at a temperature of 16ºC. This wine of quality was not filtrated neither stabilized by cold, so we recommend serving carefully, it can create deposit.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with buttered Goat and Sheep Cheeses, traditional sausages (raw, boiled, or roasted), red meats.

Contains sulphites.
