Product details
After careful selection and harvest, the grapes are subjected to total destemming and treading on foot. There follows a period of slow fermentation for at least 10 days in the mill, in order to maximize extraction of colour and aromas, with temperature control. Once malolactic fermentation was completed, about 40% of the wine was transferred to American and French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months.
