Product details
The grapes were harvested manually and vinified in granite mills of small dimensions, using the traditional technique "foot steps". Staging 12 months in French and American oak barrels and another 12 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour, elegant, fresh, lively textures, chewy, good guard and wide table. Chocolate of wild berries, sweet wood, mineral notes and spices. Higher. It has a great complexity, smoothness and elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is ready to be served and appreciated, evolving favourably in the bottle over the next few years.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with meat dishes, sausages and cheeses.
