Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby coloured wine, of great complexity, with vibrant aromas, sui generis with wild fruits, mineral, mint and eucalyptus, typical of the Silveira terroir. Elegant and soft mouth, with well-matched tannins, in an elegant and balanced set.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to accompany with dishes based on grilled red meat or with sauces, game of fur or feathers and well-structured cheeses.
